Chandler Furman Photography Consent and Usage Agreement:

Thank you for choosing Chandler Furman Photography for your photography needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.

Consent for Photography:

I, the undersigned client, hereby grant Chandler Furman Photography the right to use and publish photographs taken during the session described above for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, portfolio, and marketing materials.

Usage Rights:

Chandler Furman Photography retains the copyright to all images produced during the session. The client is granted personal use rights to reproduce the images for non-commercial purposes.

Social Media Posting:

In the event that the client posts any of the images on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc., the client agrees to: Tag Chandler Furman Photography in the image as well include a mention of Chandler Furman Photography in the caption.

This helps to ensure proper credit is given to the photographer and allows Chandler Furman Photography to showcase its work to a broader audience.

Model Release:

The client grants Chandler Furman Photography the right to use and publish images containing the client's likeness for advertising and promotional purposes.

No Commercial Use by Client:

The client agrees not to use the images for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Chandler Furman Photography.

Confidentiality:

Chandler Furman Photography agrees to keep all client information and images confidential and will not sell or distribute them without the client's permission.

Acceptance of Terms:

I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them. I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Chandler Furman Photography and myself.
